Shipping

All orders will be packaged with love and care and orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

We endeavour to post Monday to Friday before 3pm AEST, however sometimes this may not be possible due to being a small business.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details to track your purchase.

Standard Shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping for all domestic orders is a flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $75. Free shipping is offered to orders over $75

Once payment has been received and approved, the order will be sent the following business day.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage. Please allow up to 7 business days for Western Australia locations.

Express Shipping (Australia )

Express Post shipping for all domestic orders is a flat rate of $15.00.

Once payment has been received and approved, the order will be sent the following business day.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. Being based in Port Macquarie, this is classed as a regional postal area zone and your package may take a little bit of extra time to get to you. 

If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage. 

International

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping for all international orders is a flat rate of $30.00.

Your international order will be sent with AUS POST. International standard shipping takes 1-3 weeks pending your location.

We take no responsibility for late shipments.

Please note: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia.

Taxes and Duties

Please note orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Commune in order to receive a refund.

EO Supply Co. is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country which delivery is made.
